Our Returns Policy

Here at Vic’s Premium Quality Meat we strive to provide you with the best quality product. In the event that you are not satisfied with your ordered product please follow the below process. 

  • It is important that you and your driver check your items at the time of delivery. If you find that your product has not met your expectations, please advise your Sales contact or our Head office within 24 hour of receiving the goods. Vic’s Premium Quality Meat will not offer credits outside this period.
  • Let your Sales contact know the reasons for the return and credit request. If it's accepted you will be issued a Credit Return number.
  • Your driver will ask you for this number when collecting the returned product the following day- remember to keep it handy.
  • Returns will be accepted if the product you’ve received is incorrect as a result of an input error by our staff members or if it is not to the quality and specifications you expected.

    Please take care to store the product properly and keep it refrigerated while waiting for collection- this is a requirement for us to be able to accept the return. 

    In order for us to maintain our HACCP status as well as maintain 100% traceability of product through our factory, all returns must be supplied in original packaging with original labels.  Thank you in advance for this.
